First we start with our no nitrate hickory smoked bone-in ham and trim it like no other. No skin or excess fat covering. Then it’s spiral sliced (this is a method that slices the ham with one continuous cut). For serving, you cut approximately 3 times and 90% of the ham is sliced for a beautiful platter display.
