Lamb

Butler Gourmet Meats Lambs are naturally farm raised within 50 miles of Carson City, Nevada. Many of our lambs are still in the Carson Valley feeding on natural grass and grains developing great flavors and tenderness. Our time for processing is five to seven days and all lambs are sold by hanging weight and are subject to cutting loss.
